The Challenge
needed a modern, reliable online presence that allows customers to easily request taxi rides while keeping operations simple for the business.
The main challenges were:
- Replacing phone-only bookings with an online booking form
Collecting accurate ride data (pickup, destination, date, time)
- Making the booking process fast and mobile-friendly
- Preparing the platform for automated price calculation and quotations
- Reducing manual handling of ride requests and confirmations
The goal was to build a solution that works today, while being ready for advanced automation in the next phase.
Our Approach
We built a WordPress website tailored for a local taxi company, focusing on clarity, speed, and accessibility.
A structured booking form was implemented to capture all essential ride details. To enable accurate pricing, we integrated Google Maps APIs to calculate distance, travel duration, and routing data between pickup and destination points.
To support upcoming automation, we designed the system to integrate with n8n workflows, custom JavaScript logic, and PDF generation, ensuring a scalable architecture from the start.
