The Challenge

Worood Oud Fragrance

 is a growing perfume brand with a large and expanding catalog. Managing hundreds of products manually inside Shopify was time-consuming, error-prone, and not scalable.

The main challenges were:

  • Efficiently managing 275+ products
  • Maintaining consistent collections, branding, and structure
  • Generating SEO-optimized product descriptions and meta data
  • Keeping the store aligned with trending search keywords
  • Reducing manual product entry to near zero

The client needed a solution that combined e-commerce stability with automation and SEO intelligence.

Our Approach

We built the store on Shopify for reliability and performance, then layered a custom automation system using n8n to handle product creation, collections, and SEO automatically.

Instead of manually adding products, we designed a single product input flow that feeds an automation pipeline. This pipeline enriches products with AI-generated content and SEO data before publishing them directly to Shopify.

To ensure search visibility, we integrated SEO DATA to dynamically fetch trending and relevant keywords, which are then used to generate:

  • Product descriptions
  • Shopify tags
  • Meta titles
  • Meta descriptions
