BM Keuringen
SEO, Local Visibility & AI Chatbot Case
For BM Keuringen, a complete SEO and digital marketing foundation was built for a property inspection company from Wilrijk, Antwerp. The company offers services such as asbestos certificates, EPC inspections, electrical inspections, demolition follow-up plans, asbestos inventories, and property condition reports.
At the start, the website had technical issues, slow mobile loading speed, no strong content structure, little measurable visibility in Google, and limited local online presence.
The Challenge
BM Keuringen needed a stronger digital presence in the competitive property inspection market around Antwerp. The website loaded slowly, had a low Lighthouse score, no clear Google Search Console baseline, and a broken canonical structure where multiple URL variants divided link value.
A clear content strategy was also missing. Important services such as asbestos certificates, EPC inspections, electrical inspections, asbestos inventories, and demolition follow-up plans needed stronger SEO support to become more visible in Google.
Our Approach
We first repaired the technical foundation of the website. Loading speed was strongly improved by optimizing scripts, caching, images, and unnecessary resources. Then we restored the SEO structure with correct redirects, canonical URLs, robots.txt, Rank Math settings, and structured data.
Next, we built a knowledge base with SEO articles around the most important services and search questions. Local visibility was also strengthened through Google Business Profile. In addition, we set up an n8n outreach system with PostgreSQL to contact real estate agencies daily, and integrated an AI chatbot that helps visitors faster with questions about inspections.
The Result
After three months, BM Keuringen grew from a zero baseline to 178 clicks and 8,365 impressions in Google Search Console. The website achieved a Lighthouse performance score of 94/100 and an SEO score of 100/100.
The page about electrical inspections reached position 8.91, and the blog about demolition follow-up plans achieved a CTR of 20%. Local visibility also grew with 347 Google Business Profile interactions.
